- Booking Amount will be charged in full at the time of confirmation of the booking.
- No fees will be involved incase hotel is not able to confirm your booking request.
- Full or partial cancellation by the customer will incur 10% cancellation charges on booking amount.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours will incur hotel penalty. Penalty of one night's room rate plus taxes applies although hotels reserve the right to charge higher fees during peak seasons.
